Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator Description:

Duties and Requirements

• Pull customer orders accurately using handheld scanning devices
• Scan and verify serial numbers to ensure order accuracy
• Package products securely using appropriate boxes and packing materials
• Operate a forklift to retrieve, move, and rotate inventory throughout the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and verifying incoming shipments
• Record serial numbers, tracking information, and shipment details accurately
• Support inventory control efforts by stocking, labeling, and organizing products in designated locations
• Follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory procedures
• Process products moving through repair and refurbishment workflows
• Verify picked items against sales orders before shipment
• Prepare outbound shipments using carrier systems and shipping software
• Coordinate shipment information and tracking updates as needed
• Forklift experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology, software, and warehouse procedures
• Ability to regularly lift and move 10–50 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment year-round
