Warehouse Operations Coordinator Description:
- Accurately process orders, manage inventory records, and handle billing with exceptional attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Print, track, and close orders, ensuring accurate charges and timely fulfillment.
- Split, merge, and organize documents to maintain efficient order processing workflows.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
- Proactively solve problems independently while asking questions when clarity is needed.
- Enter data accurately to maintain up-to-date records and reports.
- Review weekly billings and make necessary adjustments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Track the status of orders from start to finish, keeping an eye on key details like pick tickets and order prints.
- Understand various charge structures and apply them appropriately to ensure correct billing.
- Assist with physical warehouse tasks such as picking orders, lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs), and performing cycle counts.
- Process product returns with speed and accuracy.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and seamlessly switch between tasks as needs change.
