Shop Assistant – Temp-to-Hire (Cartersville, GA)
Location: Cartersville, GA
Pay: $16/hour (with room to grow)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm

Shop Assistant Description:
Duties and Requirements:
Sweep floors and empty trash daily to maintain a clean work environment
Discard scrap parts and obsolete jobs as directed
Maintain and monitor the bake-out oven
Organize and distribute parts to technicians as needed
Help organize job pallets and maintain shop flow
Follow safety protocols and take direction from the Shop Foreman
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the shop team
Steel-toe boots required
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
