We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Shipping & Crating Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Jasper, GA. This role involves safely packaging cabinetry products and building custom crates for shipment. You’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and play a key role in ensuring each product is shipped securely and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Package finished cabinets and components using foam, wrap, straps, edge protectors, and other materials

• Construct custom wooden crates and skids tailored to product specifications

• Accurately label and mark packages for shipping and handling

• Conduct final visual inspections before packaging

• Operate nail guns, saws, staplers, and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Assist with loading completed packages onto pallets or trucks

• Work safely in a non-climate controlled environment and follow shop floor procedures

Requirements:

• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Experience with hand tools and light equipment preferred
