Job Title: Scheduling Manager
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
Pay: $65-75k
Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm

Scheduling Manager description:

  • Oversee the schedule – knowledge and understanding of the daily changes
  • Discuss and review upcoming projects
  • Conference calls with clients about larges projects or inventory issues
  • Create quotations for projects or moves when requested by clients
  • Send the daily schedule out every evening
  • Keep track of all rental equipment 
  • Take calls of any discrepancies in the field with the team – make real time decisions  
  • Track and order moving/warehouse supplies
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager 
  • Inventory Management
  • Review billing daily
  • Schedule DOT appointments for the drivers – they expire every 2 years
  • Order the uniform additions for the movers (ex: shoes, belt, shoes, lunchbox…)
  • Manage the LOUD users for the security keypads
  • Calculate and submit the temps weekly timesheets to their agency 
  • Make FedEx or UPS labels for returns or Medical Sales
  • Backup for the scheduling team if anyone is out
  • Manage / oversee Scheduling Assistant’s job duties – which include: Entering in move requests, Screening phone call, Entering inventory storage sheets, Daily Schedule, Daily PM Packets, Confirmation calls / Pre-confirmation emails
  • Word, Excel and 3PL experience a plus
