Employ Partners, Inc. is hiring a Quality Technician for our client in Ball Ground, GA. They are a recognized designer and manufacturer. In your role as a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for final inspections, reviewing standards, and writing reports as needed.

Quality Technician description:

• Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, optical comparator, CMM, etc. in daily tasks
• Complete final inspections prior to shipping
• Record relevant quality data and report any nonconformities
• Review and report and deviations from existing standards
• Issue production line Certificates of Compliance
• Perform chemical analysis, ultrasonic testing, pressure tests, leak tests with bubbles and tracer gas sniffing, film and real-time x-ray evaluations, dye penetration tests, and weld size inspections
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
