• Conduct finishing tasks with precision, ensuring components meet exact measurements.
• Identify and resolve defects in finished products.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth finishing processes.
• Record production times and assess costs effectively.
• Monitor output to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Ensure all tasks adhere to safety and efficiency standards.
• Report any issues promptly to management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
