Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Ball Ground, GA 30107

Pay: $40K per year based on experience

Job Type:  Direct Hire, Full-Time

Shift: 1^st | 7a-3:30p | Mon-Fri 

Production Supervisor description:

• Facilitate shift-to-shift communications, decisions, and policies
• Ensure pre-start ups, daily production reports, operator checks, QC checks, and other necessary production paperwork must be completed accurately and on time
• Enforce safety rules, manufacturing policies, practices and training programs
• Track and report all departmental KPI s to reduce expenses and improve efficiencies
• Conduct monthly safety testing and OSHA auditing
• Assist tracking finished and raw good inventory
• Provide quarterly employee performance 
• Must have High School Diploma, GED, Technical degree, or equivalent years of experience
• 3-5 years experience in a Plastic Manufacturing environment 
• 3-5 years experience in a leadership role
