Job Title: Production Machine Operator
Location: Canton, GA 30114
Pay: $18.36 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 4:30am–3:00pm (Some Saturdays required)

Production Machine Operator Description:
- Operate and monitor production machinery used in precision machining of thermosets, thermoplastics, and non-metallic materials
- Perform hands-on production tasks including assembly, cutting, finishing, turning, and kitting
- Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality output
- Inspect finished parts to verify they meet strict quality and industry standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in a team-oriented environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe workplace
What we're looking for:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe boots required
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced production environment
