Production Coordinator – Construction & Restoration Description:

• Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections

• Track job progress and proactively communicate potential delays or issues

• Maintain accurate records of job files, change orders, photos, and logs

• Upload and manage documentation using software such as Xactimate, DASH, JobNimbus, or Encircle

• Assist with billing by ensuring insurance documentation is submitted accurately and on time

• Act as a liaison between homeowners, vendors, and insurance adjusters

• Provide status updates and respond professionally to customer concerns

• Support ordering of materials, job cost tracking, compliance paperwork, and internal reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)

• 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, construction, or restoration

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with insurance restoration (water, fire, mold, storm)

• Familiarity with Xactimate or related industry software

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
