Job Title: Operations Compliance Specialist
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $50-60k

Shift: 1^st | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and scopes of work for compliance and deliverables.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to performance standards and compliance protocols.
• Provide support to internal teams and subcontractors, managing service requests and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate project records using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Clickup.
• Stay current on industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FACTA) and ensure compliance.
• Support audits, reporting, and provide timely communication on compliance issues.
• Occasional travel to support on-site operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of contract review and compliance experience (preferably in document destruction or info management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Clickup, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
