Administrative Assistant – CPA Firm
Location: Woodstock, GA
Pay: $18–20 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:00pm

Administrative Assistant – CPA Firm Description:
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Assist with preparing client documents and correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain office supplies and organize files
Greet clients and maintain a professional front office environment
Support CPAs with administrative tasks during tax season and deadlines
Skills and Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (professional office setting preferred)
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel (candidates will be tested)
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
