Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Thurs | 7:30am–5:00pm, Fri | 8:00am–12:00pm

Medical Assistant Description:

Duties and Requirements

• Prepare patients for gynecologic exams and hormone therapy visits, ensuring comfort and readiness for providers

• Record vital signs, patient histories, and clinical documentation accurately in ModMed EMR

• Assist providers during pelvic exams and in-office procedures

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following proper clinical protocols

• Administer injections and medications as directed by providers

• Educate patients on menopause care and hormone therapy treatments

• Communicate with patients through the Klara patient communication platform

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms

• Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care
