Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour based on experience and skill
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 6:00am–2:30pm

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Description:

• Assist the lead mechanic with servicing and maintaining light industrial and mailing equipment
• Diagnose and repair equipment such as mail inserters, conveyors, and inkjet printers
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Operate or learn to operate light production equipment (inserters, inkjet printers)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain continuous production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Must have previous mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or light industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn are key to success
