Staffing & Recruiting Specialist description:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and placement across multiple client accounts for mostly industrial roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Develop and manage client relationships, delivering customized staffing and workforce solutions to meet hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and behavioral interview to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
• Oversee employee onboarding and HR compliance processes, including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and employees to support engagement, retention, and a positive experience.
• Track and achieve recruiting KPIs and performance metrics, including placements, fill rates, and client satisfaction.  

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years’ experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong understanding or HR processes, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage client accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
