Administrative Assistant Description:
Duties and Requirements
Enter customer orders accurately and print order tickets to support daily operations.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure important documents are properly stored and accessible.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, friendly customer service.
Utilize an ERP system to support order entry and administrative processes.
Provide administrative support to office staff and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Send and manage professional email communications with customers and internal team members.
Work with spreadsheets and maintain data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous administrative or office support experience required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and strong written communication skills with proper grammar.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
