Spot Welder Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Welder to join a fast-paced production team. If you're reliable, able to multitask, and ready to contribute to high-quality cabinet construction, this could be your next great opportunity!

Duties and Requirements:

• Operate spot welding machines to fuse sheet metal and component parts for cabinetry structures

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics

• Set up welding equipment and perform quality checks to ensure clean, strong welds

• Use hand and power tools to prepare metal surfaces before welding

• Inspect finished welds for accuracy and structural integrity

• Perform minor repairs or touch-ups on welded parts as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals

• Must be reliable, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
