Manufacturing Account Manager Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Enter and manage orders using SAP or similar ERP software

• Track production timelines and proactively update customers

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounting) to ensure accurate and timely delivery

• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, or billing

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service

• Must have experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

• ERP experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
