Customer Service Representative (Order Entry & Sales Support) Description:

• Manage incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately enter, process, and track quotes and sales orders using internal systems (ERP experience a plus)
• Review and approve orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment
• Provide responsive customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and recommending solutions
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and distribution to support smooth operations
• Experience in customer service, account management, order entry, or sales support
• Background in distribution or warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
