Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time or Part-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm

Real Estate & Property Management Executive Assistant Description:
Manage the Owner’s daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally on behalf of the Owner
Coordinate and track small projects across real estate and construction operations
Maintain organized digital files, contracts, and project documentation
Support property management functions (maintenance tracking, owner correspondence, repairs)
Communicate with HOA representatives regarding issues needing declarant input
Monitor and follow up on key deadlines and action items
Assist with administrative needs tied to real estate and construction initiatives
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
Experience in real estate, construction, or property management highly preferred
