Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Medical Device Assembler Description:

• Assemble fiber optic cables and laser components for medical devices using hand tools.

• Follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions with precision.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a cleanroom work environment.

• Comply with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Accurately complete all required documentation and assembly records.

• Identify and report material shortages or discrepancies.

• Work collaboratively with team members and support personnel.

• Learn and understand the functionality and purpose of each device assembled.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Good eye-hand coordination and ability to work with small parts.

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.

• Effective problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
