Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Ball Ground, GA 30107
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 2nd shift | Mon–Fri | (8-hour shift, exact hours TBD)

Maintenance Technician Description:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant and facility machinery and equipment

  • Perform both scheduled and emergency repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Read and work from electrical blueprints; evidence of 3-phase electrical training required

  • Diagnose and fix issues with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and welding systems

  • Complete maintenance documentation with 100% accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage parts inventory and request needed supplies

  • Communicate with other shifts to ensure consistent performance

  • Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 100 lbs occasionally

  • Overtime may be required to support other shifts

  • Electrical, plumbing, welding (MIG, TIG, Aluminum), pneumatic, and hydraulic experience is required

  • Forklift operation experience is a plus
