Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:
- Lead and manage all plant maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.
- Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facility systems.
- Coordinate repairs, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects.
- Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, and outside contractors.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and maintenance expenditures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and managing departmental priorities.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive, plastics, injection molding, or high-volume manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated production equipment.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
