Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Job Description:

• Lead and manage all plant maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.
• Minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facility systems.
• Coordinate repairs, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, and outside contractors.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and maintenance expenditures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing departmental priorities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive, plastics, injection molding, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automated production equipment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
