Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM–3:00 AM | Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Machine Operator Description:

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate laser cutting equipment in our Jasper, GA manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll produce precision metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Duties & Requirements:

• Operate laser cutting equipment to manufacture precision metal components.
• Load and unload sheet metal materials safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous machine operator, laser operator, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
