Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Ball Ground, GA 30107
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm | Mon-Fri
Benefits: Health, medical, dental, 401K
Machine Operator Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform a variety of production tasks to meet daily production goals.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery.
- Assist with palletizing products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
