In this role, you will handle a variety of clerical and technical duties essential for loan operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.

Loan Operations Specialist description:

• Loan payment processing: post online and received payment to loans accurately.
• Loan booking: ensure all consumer non-real estate loans are accurately booked to the system.
• Reporting: assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Customer support: quote loan payoffs and communicate requests to lenders.
• Research: address loan account issues and questions.
• Audit support: compile information for auditors.
• Loan operations support: provide support for other bank branches and assist with non-accrual, charge-off, and repossession processes.

Loan Operations Specialist requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in loan operations preferred.
• Proficiency in balancing General Ledgers, understanding non-accrual, charge-off, and participation processing.
• High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
