Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pm

Lead Mold Shop Technician description:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mold shop technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality mold production.
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the mold manufacturing process.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of mold manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, and provide input to improve mold designs.
- Operate extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding machines based on product specifications/requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns and return equipment to optimal efficiencies.
- Working knowledge of electrical connections, hydraulics, pneumatics is necessary for success in this role.
