Reach Truck Operator Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Operate a reach truck safely to move, stage, and store materials in designated racking areas

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners or printed pick lists

• Load and unload materials from inbound and outbound trucks

• Perform inventory replenishment, put-away, and stock rotation tasks

• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a reach truck is required

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting strongly preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

• Must be team-oriented and punctual
