Hotel Front Desk Agent Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, room assignments, and special guest requests.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Operate front desk systems, computers, and office equipment effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Work flexible schedules, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous hospitality, hotel, front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
