HR Coordinator

Job Title: Manufacturing HR Coordinator
Location: Ball Ground, GA 
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Job Type: Contract with the possibility to temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7am-4pm

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Manufacturing HR Coordinator for a newly created role supporting a busy production environment. This person will report directly to the Production Manager and play a key role in keeping hiring, administrative, and office operations on track. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving workplace — and you enjoy bringing structure and process where it’s needed — this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with staffing agencies

• Support onboarding and assist with basic HR-related tasks

• Perform data entry and general administrative duties

• Help establish and improve workflows, systems, and processes

• Act as a liaison between office and warehouse operations

• Adapt and take on new tasks as the position develops

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in HR, staffing, or office coordination — preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, unstructured environment

• Not afraid to “wear many hats” and bring order to chaos
