Job Description

  • Job Title: Metal Finisher
    Location: Jasper, GA 30143
    Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience
    Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
    Shift: 1st (Monday – Friday) 6am-4:30pm

    Benefits: Medical, 401K, PTO, Holiday pay, Room for growth and advancement

    Duties:

    • Operate metal finishing tools and machinery to remove welds, burrs, and imperfections.

    • Inspect sheet metal parts to determine required surface finishing.

    • Dress materials to achieve desired surface finish using hand and power tools.

    • Check finished work for correct level or radius.

    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

    • Stand, walk, kneel, and use hand tools throughout the shift.

    • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
