Job Title: Executive Project Assistant
Location: Sandy Springs, GA 30328
Pay: $22.00 Per Hour
Job Type: Contract
Shift: 8am-5pm, Hybrid

Executive Project Assistant Job Description:

  • Provide Administrative Support to the  Design and Consultation Team
  • Plan, schedule, and implement assignments and projects
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to ensure accurate pricing and payment requirements
  • Obtain lien wavers, W9's, and COI's
  • Track monthly fees against agreements
  • Create invoices and update project feel schedule
  • Receive invoices from properties, maintain plans, requests, and payments
  • Post invoices and reclassify expenses and audit requests
  • Proficiency in MS Office
