Pay: $18–$20+ per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 7am–4pm

Entry-Level Precision Machinist Assistant Description:
Use micrometers and precision instruments to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications
Identify out-of-tolerance components that require repair
Learn how to balance rotating equipment using an industrial balance machine
Apply basic math, including working with decimals up to 0.0000"
Be coachable and committed to learning new skills in a technical environment
Prior experience with precision measurement tools is a plus but not required
