Digital Marketing Specialist Description:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that generate leads and conversions

• Track and analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and marketing data to improve outcomes

• Manage inbound marketing efforts across the U.S. market

• Collaborate with global marketing colleagues to align digital strategy and messaging

• Write and produce content for press releases, blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and the website

• Enhance SEO strategies and website performance through content and web updates

• Coordinate with internal U.S. sales teams, European HQ, and third-party agencies and vendors

• Maintain consistent branding in tone, messaging, and visual identity

• Help evolve and maintain the U.S. website and other digital platforms

• Support internal and external communications during product launches and campaigns

• Train sales colleagues on digital tools and campaign usage

• Lead local implementation of digital tools such as analytics dashboards, surveys, and product configurators

• Collaborate with partners on co-branded marketing efforts

• Coordinate and participate in trade shows—including creating content and engaging target audiences onsite

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment

• Hands-on experience with inbound or digital marketing

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset

• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO platforms

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience creating both written and visual content

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and social media tools

• Comfortable working across time zones and in international teams
