Job Title: Daycare Director
Location: Roswell, GA
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $52k annually to start
Hours: Mostly 8-5 but some days can require longer hours.

Employ Partners is seeking a dedicated Center Director for a client of ours to oversee the financial operations, enrollment processes, staff management, and health & safety compliance of our learning center.
Duties:
Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records of the academy’s operations.
- Ensure timely collection of tuition, adhering to company policies.
- Monitor teacher salaries and expenditures to align with budgetary guidelines.
Enrollment Management:
- Track inquiries and convert them into tours and enrollments.
- Report on student withdrawals and new enrollments weekly.
- Assist parents in completing required forms for enrollment.
Staff Management:
- Maintain confidential personnel records and conduct performance reviews.
- Coach and counsel staff, ensuring they meet annual training requirements.
- Conduct staff orientations and ensure understanding of policies and job responsibilities.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the center adheres to state and local regulations.
- Implement and train staff on emergency procedures and safety policies.
- Maintain up-to-date health records for children and staff.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment through regular inspections and maintenance.
Family Engagement:
- Foster effective communication with families, addressing concerns and feedback.
- Conduct parent meetings and pre-enrollment conferences to familiarize families with policies.
- Solicit feedback to enhance the center’s offerings.
General Administration:
- Manage compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- React swiftly to emergencies with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain administrative records and oversee staff work schedules.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift and carry children as needed.
