Location: Canton, GA 30114
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 9am-6pm


Customer Service Representative description:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, online chat messages, and customer emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately enter and process qutes and sales orders into the system.
  • Review and approve sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and processing is timely.
  • Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering product or service information as needed.
  • Track and follow up on orders and customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
