Pay: $50K - $60K annually based on experience
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1^st | M-F | 8am-5pm

Employ Partners, Inc. is hiring an Customer Service Representative for our client in Ball Ground, GA. They are a fantastic globally recognized designer and manufacturer of specialized containers used in multiple industries. In your role as an Customer Service Representative, you will be providing product and service support to customers, initiate and process orders with JD Edwards ERP system and assist customers with inquiries or troubleshooting. Please note that this is NOT a remote position.

Customer Service Representative description:

• Communicate by phone calls and emails with distributors and customers
• Provide general support and assist in resolving problems
• Initiate and process customer orders with JD Edwards ERP system
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and other internal departments to provide accurate order confirmations
• Verify inventory levels to determine when items are available for shipping
• Review open order report daily
• Complete and/or gather all customer account documentation as required
• Investigate and resolve billing issues
• Create and issue RMAs for product issues including returns, repairs, and/or service
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
• High school diploma required
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a customer service-related position in a fast-paced environment such as phone support, B2B sales, banking or hospitality industry.
• Must be proficient with MS Windows applications: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrated knowledge of shipping terms.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP order management systems; JD Edwards experience strongly preferred.
