Customer Account Representative Job Description

• Answer calls and email inquiries from customers
• Receive and process customer orders via fax, email, EDI, and customer websites
• Schedule deliveries while considering production and lead times
• Process customer orders using SAP
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or account management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with SAP or similar order processing systems is a plus
