Collections Specialist Description:

  • Conduct B2B collections efforts with professionalism and persistence

  • Collaborate daily with AR, Billing, Sales, and Operations teams

  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding balances and address inquiries

  • Participate in bi-weekly receivables review meetings

  • Investigate payment discrepancies and short payments, resolving disputes quickly

  • Join customer and vendor meetings to discuss account issues and payment solutions

  • Provide excellent customer service while upholding company values of excellence and quality
