Job Title: Cash Applications Specialist

Location: Woodstock, GA
Pay: $21/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 7:30am–4:30pm

Cash Applications Specialist Description:

• Post daily deposits into the accounting system, matching payments with aging reports and remittances

• Research and resolve customer short payments, disputes, and misapplied payments

• Document and track all discrepancies to support reconciliation and follow-up

• Enter and apply credit and debit memos accurately in the system

• Generate and analyze reports to support AR processes

• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate payment issues

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong math, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Preferred:

• Experience in the construction industry

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Microsoft Business Central (BC)

• Additional MS Office Suite experience
