Job Title: Call Center Manager
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
Pay: $85-$95K per year plus targeted 10% bonus
Job Type:  Direct Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri| Must be available between 7am-9pm

  • Call Center Manager description:
  • Lead a team of 35 call center reps and leads
  • Make sure your teams KPI’s meet and exceed all goals
  • Identify ways to improve and implement solutions
  • Build a culture of excellence by mentorship and a hands-on, open-door policy style of management
  • Implement sales training guidelines and scripts 
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities of Team Leads
  • Foster a positive, high-morale environment 


Must Haves:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Must have managed a team of 35 or more

Associate or Bachelors in Business Management

Service Titan experience
