Pay: $18–$23 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm

CAD Technician Description:
As a CAD Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating detailed and technically accurate drawings that support custom manufacturing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and sales while honing your skills in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Accurately process customer requests for custom or modified products

  • Create CAD drawings based on customer specifications and internal capabilities

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and coordinators to align on design goals

  • Assist in layout design and quote preparation

  • Maintain clear communication between departments and clients

  • Produce 3D renderings and detailed technical drawings as needed

  • Support quoting processes with accurate visual and technical materials

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D), and Revit

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Excellent communication — both technical and non-technical

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to interpret architectural floorplans

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus

  • 2- or 4-year degree in engineering or a related field preferred
