Employ Partners is hiring a Business Development Manager for our office in Kennesaw, GA for outside sales. We are a local, woman-owned and operated staffing firm with specialized divisions focusing on administrative, HR, and office professional positions as well as light industrial and manufacturing positions for contract and direct hire opportunities. In your role as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base, and developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth. Business Development Manager description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects/clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
• Follow up on leads - identify and pursue new business opportunities by expanding our client base and cultivating partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, including marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to seize opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. 
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to document and record communications.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales success with experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Staffing experience is a plus, particularly in manufacturing and office clerical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
