Bookkeeper Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.

• Process billing, customer invoices, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).

• Reconcile financial data, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.

• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and reconcile accounting information.

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.

• Provide general administrative and office support in the afternoon for candidates interested in full-time hours.

• Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.

• Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, billing, and invoicing experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently are essential.
