Part-Time Project Analyst Description:
- Provide analytical support for planning, implementing, and monitoring capital projects and asset acquisitions.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams on capital projects, renovations, and project estimates.
- Review and manage capital budgets, create project descriptions, and facilitate agreements with lenders and owners.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee payment schedules, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
- Assist with the capital planning process and fiscal management, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
- Review monthly CIP entries, collaborate with property management, and track progress on projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
