Assembly Associate Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and label completed products for shipment.
• Read and follow production orders, assembly instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Assist with material handling, staging, and organization of work areas.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift materials as required throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
