Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8:30am-5:00pm

Employ Partners, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Accounting Clerk for our client in Kennesaw, GA. In your role as an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for all customer service and administrative tasks while helping with AR, AP and general ledger.
Administrative Accounting Clerk description:
- Customer Service and client retention
- Invoicing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions..
- Post cash receipts and other bank entries daily
- Assist in the preparation of short-term cash forecast.
- Prepare the borrowing base calculations and certificates.
- Assist with general ledger
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Act as back-up for travel expenses, checks, ACH and wire transfer preparations
