Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist -Entry level
Location: Woodstock, GA. This is NOT a remote role. 
Pay: $19 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 7:30am–4:30pm

Accounts Receivable Specialist Description:

• Accurately enter new job data into the system, collaborating with AR, sales, and operations to ensure all information is complete and correct

• Prepare and process lien waivers in a timely and organized manner

• Provide support on special projects and ongoing tasks for the AR management team

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to manage financial documentation and reports

• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues

• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Leverage your strong attention to detail to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Prior experience in accounts receivable required; construction industry background a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL is a bonus!
