Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay: $27 per hour

Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 8:00am-5:00pm

Accounts Payable Specialist Description:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable in a manufacturing environment

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency

• Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, invoice, receiving documentation)

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure proper general ledger coding

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiries

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to process and track AP transactions

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and company policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience

• Manufacturing industry experience required

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of 3-way matching and reconciliation processes

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills
