Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 6am-4:30pm

Amada E M Operator description:

  • Set up Amada E M CNC Turret Punch Press with tooling to punch blanks according to blueprint
  • Perform standard, special, or extremely complicated CNC Turret Punch Press work independently
  • Familiar with tooling and machine capabilities
  • Keep records of production rates, re-work, and downtime
  • Perform quality checks on parts for accuracy and defects
  • Check parts against bills of materials
  • Knowledge of proper die clearances
  • Calculate tonnage requirements on tooling
  • Manually enter programs into CNC when needed
  • Read and interpret drawings, measurements, calipers, and squares
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
